Please find attached herewith indent (NO: NOF/INST/ Dated: 15-02-2018) for
Turbo Expander.
1. TOTAL PRICE FOR INDENT ESTIMATED AMOUNT USD 51,604/-
2. JUSTIFICATION OF INDENT

The commissioning of Nashpa Gas Processing & LPG Recovery plant is in progress and the plant will
soon be operational. In LPG Recovery area at Nashpa Plant Turbo Expander unit is installed and it
plays a vital role in LPG production and without proper functioning of the Turbo Expander, LPG
production will suffer.The Turbo Expander will be in continuous operation and as per OEM
recommendations 02-year emergency spares are required to ensure smooth operation of the
equipment and to deal with any kind of breakdown.

It may please be noted that Project/ EPCC has not provided any spares related to Instrument side of
Turbo Expander Unit. For that reason, spare parts are required so that any kind of emergency
breakdown could be handled in time to avoid production loss.
The detail of the engines are as follows.
