 Adjust Deepen 50% , Darken 50%

 Click Crop button , Crop Freely
 Crop to 244x100
 Click Crop , home button
 Check Resize
 Click OK, and then Save.

 On Effects Brush, Select Blur-Low
 Blur the boy with white top

How I reduced the red eye effect?

 Open Photo Scape
 Click Tools, (Red Eye Correction)
 Drag the small box into the eyes
 Click OK, and then Save.

 Under Pictoriatization, Click Oil Painting 1
 Adjust it in the lowest level to achieve a clear
and emphasized picture.
