DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This deed of absolute sale, made and entered by and between

MARCO FULS, MAITA FULS, and MANDY FULS, Filipino, of
legal age, married to MARIO SUNGCABAN and MICHAEL
FULS, Filipino, of legal age, with address at Purok Banwa, Brgy.
Kanding, Pagadian City, Zamboanga del Sur, herein referred to as the
VENDOR and the Ms. LALAY TIKASAN, an agent of Mr. Sandro
Ford, Filipino, of legal age, with address at Dablo St. P- Bagong Silang
Sta. Lucia District, Pagadian City, herein referred to as the VENDEE.

That the Vendor is the absolute owner in fee simple of a

parcel of land consisting of EIGHT HUNDRED FORTY SEVEN (847)
SQUARE METERS, situated in Barangay Kagawasan, City of
Pagadian, Zamboanga delSur, Island of Mindanao, and covered by
Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-46,246 and more particularly
described as follows:

 date of original survey April 1939 and that of the
subdivision survey executed by geodetic Engineer
Felizardo T. Escol, Jr. on March 22, 2011

Containing an area of EIGHT HUNDRED FORTY

SEVEN (847) SQUARE METERS.

That for and in consideration of the sum of ______

THOUSAND (P _______) PESOS, Philippine Currency, the
receipt of which sum is hereby acknowledged by the VENDOR, do
hereby by these presents, SELL, CEDE, TRANSFER, and
CONVEY, by way of absolute sale that parcel of land to the extent of
only EIGHT HUNDRED FORTY SEVEN (847) SQUARE
METERS) of the undivided share of the Vendor in the parcel of land
described above, together with all the improvements found thereon,
unto the said VENDEE, his heirs and assigns.

That the above described parcel of land is not tenanted nor

leased to whomsoever, and that the Vendor warrant the peaceful
possession of the herein Vendee, free from any liens or
encumbrances.

their hands this 15th day of January 2016 at Pagadian City,
Philippines.

This instrument relates to a Deed of Absolute Sale consisting of
