Dear Sir,
Under the Instructions from and on behalf of my Client, I am
writing to you on the following facts:

1) That my Client has purchased a Motor Bike manufactured by Royal Enfield,

the details of which are mentioned below:

Registration No. DL-7S-BQ-0444
(Temporary RegistrationNo.DL3TCSZ774)

2) That the Bike was financed through HDFC bank costing Rs.1,65,000 which has
been paid by my client partly as cash and maximum payment was made through
bank finance which has been provided by HDFC Bank, Green Park Extension
Branch vide Account No.41960563.
3) That the Policy has been purchased by my client vide two wheeler package
policy No.3005/121197423/00/000 with Vehicle Registration No.DL-7S-BQ-
o444 through ICICI Lombard Insurance.

4) That the said bike was stolen from Masigarh on 25.09.2016 where the bike was
parked and my client immediately lodged a complaint with Police station, NFC
having jurisdiction to entertain the complaint and registered a FIR U/S 379 of
IPC.

5) Therefore, you are requested to release the compensation amount of Rs.1,

65,000 along with 14% rate of interest of the total amount of compensation.

6) In the facts and circumstances of the case, I thereby, give you this notice failing
to comply with this notice; I would be constrained to initiate appropriate legal
proceedings against you. The Copy of the FIR has been annexed thereto for
your reference.
