•  There are 651 LTE/LTE-Advanced commercially
networks (GSA: NTS Database - January 2018)
•  There were 2.54 billion LTE subscriptions globally by
the end of Q3 2017 (Ovum WCIS provided to GSA on 7
December 2017). LTE accounts for 30.3% of mobile
subscriptions globally
•  There are 10,655 LTE user devices including frequency
and operator variants from 602 suppliers verified in
GSA’s database (GAMBoD). This is 12% higher than the
number of devices GSA reported in November 2017.

•  96 Cat-9 devices are launched (450/50 Mbit/s)
•  2 Cat-10 device is launched (450/100 Mbit/s)
•  53 Cat-11 devices are launched (600/50 Mbit/s)

•  GSA has recorded 1,565 VoLTE-capable devices
