INFORMATION

The undersigned City Prosecutor of Cagayan de Oro City accuses Cora Angel for the
crime of THEFT, defined and penalized by Article 308 of the Revised Penal Code, committed as
follows:

That on February 1, 2018, in the City of Cagayan de Oro, Misamis Oriental, and within
the jurisdiction of this Honorable Court, the said accused, with intent to gain, did then and
there willfully, unlawfully, and feloniously take, steal and carry away the following personal
properties belonging to one, Chester C. Castanos, to wit: Cora Angel, without the latter's
consent and against his will, with a total value of P10.00 to the damage and prejudice of the said
owner in the cited amount.

That in the commission of the said offense, the said accused committed grave abuse of
confidence, the accused having been trusted by Chester Castanos as his new friend, at the time,
and as such, had free access to the his belongings.
