Control welding quality at field.

Prepare quality document include Welding Procedure Specification, Welder & Welding Operator qualification certificate, As build
document according to site erection work.
Overall coordination Quality activities.
Ensure smooth progress of Quality activities such as steel structure erection, boiler piping installation.
Conduct quality inspection follow up site construction activities, coordinate with Subcontractor & clients.
Proper communication with various departments such as engineering, projects, material & process to resolve the site issues.
Evaluate contractor’s variations and recommend/ respond promptly.
Plant scheduling of Field Quality Activities according to Field Construction Activities and Coordinating with Client & Sub-
Contractors.
