Respected Sir,

I, Uma Shankar S/O Sri Gauri Shankar, chairman of Dhanarua Pvt. ITI at
Ebrahimpur, Awadhara, P.O. Pavery, P.S. Dhanarua, Patna - 804451, hereby
make the following complaint under section 154(1) of the Cr.P.C. With request to
lodge an F.I.R, without delay.

On dated 21/12/2016, I had submitted an application for reduction of

contracted load of institution from 20 KW to 16 KW along with a proper reciept
of Rs. 200 bearing no.
The above mentioned accused persons have used the forged Revenue
collection/Malguzari receipt no. 00530015 as genuine to show possession over
my land and cheated the I.O. of the Naubatpur P.S. case no. 95/14 registered by
me for the loot of my lentil crop against some of the accused persons also
mentioned in this complaint.

On the basis of the police report Non-F.I.R. No. 110/2014 of the

Naubatpur P.S., The court of Hon' able S.D.M. Danapur took cognizance of the
matter and initiated proceeding under u/s 107 of Cr.P.C. vide case no. 370 (M)
against both parties.

along with forged Revenue collection/Malguzari receipt no. 00530015 submitted
to the Hon' able S.D.M. Danapur is annexed herewith for your kind perusal. .

On the strength of the forged Revenue collection/Malguzari receipt no.

00530015 the above named accused persons have succeeded to lodge an
Informatory Petition u/s 39 of the Cr.P.C. vide registration no. 150/2014 on dated
03/02/2014, against 12 farmers including me, in the court of Hon' able A.C.J.M.
Danapur, made a false averment that all the 12 farmers including me are
criminals having relations with left wing extremists and also on dated
29/01/2014 dispelled the above named from their farm and threatened to grab
their 7 acre and 62 dismil land as mentioned in the said informatory petition.

In fact, no such incident happened on dated 29/01/2014 and the charges

leveled against me including other farmers in the said informatory petition were
false and baseless. Actually, behind the registration of the said informatory
petition, was a well planed strategy to make an instrument for getting bail, to
deceive concerned court and police officer, and to make the cases untenable
turning out from their planed offences of crop loot and usurp lands of some
farmers including mine.

Some of the above mentioned accused persons, according to their plan,

committed the offences of crop loot on the farm of three farmers including mine.
Three different F.I.R. in this regard have been lodged for their offences of crop
loot in the Naubatpur P.S vide case nos. 95/14, 103/14 and 193/14.

And according to their strategy to deceive the concerned court by the said
informatory petition, registered on the strength of forged Revenue
collection/Malguzari receipt no. 00530015. They submitted the said informatory
petition 150/2014 along with their anticipatory bail petition in The Court of Hon'
 able Session Judge Patna vide A.B.P. No. 19402/2014 and been successful in
getting anticipatory bail in the case no. 103/14 of Naubatpur P.S. A copy of
informatory Petition No. 150/2014 is annexed herewith for your kind perusal.

In view of the facts stated above the offences of Criminal Conspiracy,

Cheating, Forgery and Perjury as per Indian Penal Code 1860 have been
committed by the above named accused persons.

For the reasons cited above, some of the offences committed by the above
named accused persons are cognizable and non-bailable in terms of Schedule I of
Cr.P.C. 1973 and such, offences may be registered at once and the F.I.R. may be
filed accordingly.

A copy of the FIR filed in the matter may kindly be given to me.
