I was responsible for applying the many theories, techniques, and practices of
education that I have learned and also observed. This includes preparing lesson plans and
successfully implementing them, becoming familiar with the best education software and
when it is most effective, and establishing my own classroom management procedures. In
ESOL, I began to perfect my differentiation strategies and prepare unique lessons for culturally
diverse students. I learned how to connect content and culture to any lesson assure that prior
knowledge is being utilized.
