Answer. The major trivia about which the case is discussed is the reason why a person should

power and politics to be synonyms and it is being regarded as the “ Dark side” of the workplace.
There is a pre-dominant notion among the employees that politics in an organization generally
result in decreasing job satisfaction, morale, commitment and would result in increase
