Evidence: My motivators

Studies of successful individuals have found that there are a few motivators that
guide their career and job choices, and make working an enjoyable and successful
experience for them. Below you will find a list with the motivators that are most
commonly mentioned by high-achieving people. For this evidence you have to
organize them in order of importance from 1 (the most important) to 10 (the least
important) and write a composition expressing how they have been part of your
professional development. Recycle the grammar and vocabulary you have learned
in this learning activity. (Example: I feel variety is the most important factor in my
motivation. I don’t like doing repetitive things. In my current job I have learned how
to use Photoshop and how to market different products online. I am becoming very
good at it and now I am able to teach others.)

In my opinion, the security is the most important, because is

synonymous of confidence and a person always must to believe
in itself, that is, can achieve any objective.

The challenge has been and continues to be my second

motivation to overcome theobstacles. :hen something represents
a challenge for me. I try of achieve it.

Independence has been very important in my academic and work

training. Beacuse I can do the things to way me.

The interest has been my engine to put enthusiasm in the things

that I do.

Variety is a good incentive not to fall into monotony.

Relationships allow me to make friends with people who share my

same interestsand concerns.

The competence It inspires me to constantly improve to avoid that

the competition surpasses me.

Working hard and seeing the results in your lifestyle is also a

good motivation.

The recognition of the people is a reward that makes me think that

all the effort put into my activities was not in vain.

Money has never been my motivation even if I have had financial

difficulties. with money we can aspire to live a better life but I do
not feel satisfiedbeing rich. It seems absurd and insulting to
accumulate material wealth.
