name), who is applying to be part of the 9th Ateneo Student Leaders Assembly (ASLA). We would like to ask for
your honest, candid, and objective assessment of the person’s strengths, weaknesses, and abilities. This
will help us to determine whether the individual manifests, through concrete and tangible instances, the potential
to lead in his/her community. Thank you for your time.

What is the ASLA Program?


ASLA is an annual program that brings together 45 of the most promising potential student leaders from all Ateneo campuses
nationwide. They come together in a leadership congress that inspires and helps develop their innate leadership potential with
the goal of returning to their organizations and communities with an even greater desire to serve and do more.

Who are we looking for?


 Passionate, driven, critical-minded individuals who possess and have displayed a capacity to lead in their own
organizations and community.
 While applicants need not hold formal leadership positions in his/her organizations, certain leadership characteristics
need to be evident to a significant degree to qualify to participate in ASLA.
 Non-graduating students currently enrolled in any Ateneo tertiary educational institution. ASLA is thus open to any 1st
year to 3rd year student in a 4-year course or 1st year to 4th year student in a 5-year course. This allows the participant
to apply the learning and insights gained from ASLA upon returning to his/her organization or community.
 Applicants must be in good academic and disciplinary standing in his/her school.
