motion to clarify and reconsider (Doc. 16) this Court’s scheduling order on the
Governor and Commander’s motion to dismiss to the extent that Plaintiffs are
requesting this Court to also set a hearing on their motion for a preliminary
injunction. The Governor and Commander have moved to dismiss this entire
action under Rule 12(b)(6) (Doc. 13), and this Court’s order sets a briefing
schedule and hearing for that motion. In light of the points raised in that motion to
