fun. not only expressed through the building facade, but also from the interior design, including the activity arenas. Choosing unique colour pallete for courts colour, corridors embraces this fun
ambience of the building.

colourful corridors can also works as a theme (or a signage) for certain area, such as : basketball court, waiting lounge, locker room, etc. making it easy for users to navigate the building.

this colourful theme also carried outside from the building. Providing unique ping pong table supported with lightings or uniquely coloured courts are some of the example how this fun vibe can
be implemented throughout the premises, creating MANY photogenic spots which can be commercialised for : fashion photography, music video shooting, or even pre-wedding photo.

with added programmes such as kids rock climbing and slides ,the typically mature and most of the time masculine sport complex has shifted. It is now a safe environment to bring children
along to safely play and be active, whether it is indoor or outdoor.

not only creating a safe and fun place for children, the whole building vibe also welcoming to women. With no “dark vibe” like your typical gym, hoping to attract women users to come to the
sport complex.

with limited space available, each programme must show certain flexibility towards its uses. A reception lounge can also be the communal f&b dining area.

or maybe, the stairs mainly used for vertical circulation can also be used as amphitheatre to watch football match, or maybe as another informal f&b dining hall, or maybe as a place to
conduct a gaming tournament.

programme flexibility on only shown inside the building, but also on the outside pitch, where on some nights, the pitch can be transformed into some kind of outdoor cinema, provided with
food and drinks.

CHARACTERISTIC
To enhance the concept of this project, these materials are selected based on their feasibility and their easy maintenance characteristic. Those materials are : steel structure, bare concrete
finish, paint, and perforated metal sheet.

spaces are designed to maximize efficiency for various programmes, such as stairs as a vertical circulation can also be used as a bench to watch sport games or maybe as an amphitheatre to
watch some performance.

Interior spaces with high ceiling making it comfortable for users to do activities and sports.

taking into account that this is somewhat a temporary building, the use of steel structure is considered as the most feasible alternatives. Not only its fast construction assembly, but also steel
beams and columns can have other use after being dismantled, unlike full concrete structure.

mood lighting aims used to enhance both the fun and “for all ages” concept of the whole sport complex. creating elegant lighting and also some fun lighting for specific area.

small pitch building (optimum size : 32m X 24m)

placed closest to Jl. Karet Sawah as the main entrance to this
sport complex for reasons :
1.It is the first development within the area (including f&b and
other commercial programmes) the logical step is to place it
PHASE 1 closest to main road.
(small pitch) 2.with the small pitch placed a bit north, leaving a big area
on the southern part of this site for the main pitch.
