NOTIFICATION
The Governor is pleased, in the interest of Public Service, to provisionally appoint the
following candidate, as recommended by PSC, WB, in the rank of Assistant Engineer (Civil),
PWD, in the West Bengal Engineering Service under the Public Works Department, in the Pay
Band- 4A of Rs. 15600/- to Rs. 42000/- with Grade Pay of Rs. 5400/- (corresponding to the pre-
revised Scale No.16 of Rs.8000-275-13500/-) with the entry pay of Rs. 21000/- (under ROPA
’09) and other allowances as admissible with effect from the date of his joining and to post him
in Western Highway Design Division - II, P.W. (Rds) Dte., until further order on the condition that the
temporary appointment will be liable to be cancelled either in the event of an adverse Police
Verification Report or unfit Medical Examination Report from competent authority as per extant
Government Rules.

D. A Declaration in terms of Rule-9 of W.B.S.R., Part-I regarding age should be obtained

reference if he fails to join or report to the officer concerned within 15 (Fifteen) days
from the date of issue of this order.

F. No TA/DA will be allowed at the time of joining.
