5-205.15 (B) - SYSTEM MAINTAINED IN GOOD REPAIR (REPAIRED)
Observation: A. Drain line from back hand sink has large hole in pipe and leaks onto floor when water is turned
on. Employees are not using this hand sink due to leak. Employees are practicing good handwashing using the
two functioning hand sinks. B. The floor drain in the back of the facility is full of water and appears to be
clogged. Condensate from walk-in cooler is overflowing onto the floor. All other floor drains are properly
draining.
Corrective Action(s): A. Repair leak in hand sink drain line so water does not leak on to floor and employees can
use the sink for handwashing. CORRECT BY 3/2/18. B. Repair noted floor drain to allow for conveyance of
condensate into the sewage system. CORRECT BEFORE THE NEXT INSPECTION. Correct By: 02-Mar-2018
