away. Our staff members assure support for Indonesian nurses after they are accepted,
taking care of their Japanese language learning and home staying. This person lived
in Indonesia for two years, working for JICA as a promoter.

∙ Our hospital has a rehabilitation ward for patients in their recovery period (sub-acute
period) as well as a sanatorium type medical ward for the elderly, contributing to
medical needs in the community. The rehabilitation ward for patients in their recovery
period has been especially well received, which makes our hospital a core hospital in
the central region of the prefecture. We assure that engaging in nursing duties in our
hospital will provide the candidates with a great sense of a mission to devote their
efforts to the treatment and care of our patients. We have been accepting student
nurses for many years from the prefectural university, a nursing high school, and a
