Map catalog
All maps in the catalog of mobile application are divided in two groups: online maps and offline
maps stored on the device. The lists of maps and folders are displayed on the appropriate catalog
tabs.

To update the list of maps:


 for iOS devices tap Refresh button.
 for Android devices open context menu of the catalog and tap Refresh item.

To view map description, tap About map item in the context menu of the map.
To find specific map by its name, use search tool.

Settings
In the Settings tab you can authorize and change some parameters of mobile application.
To authorize in mobile application, tap User. Enter the user name and password that you have
used to authorize on the portal. Tap OK.

Change application parameters:

 Display zoom buttons - hide or show scale buttons on the map.
 Enable map rotation with gestures - allow or restrict map rotation while zooming with
gestures.
 Image quality - select preferable map display quality. Note that high display quality results
in more system resources consumption and more interned traffic use.
 Don't switch off the screen - disable sleep mode for your device if necessary.
 Service - select mobile service to that application will be connected. To add the link to
service, tap Add button and enter the link to mobile service.
 Publish all push pins on server automatically when internet connection is available -
enable automatic publishing of added pushpins.

To view the map, select it from the list of online maps or from offline maps stored on your device.

To open map legend, for iOS devices pull the blue tab, or tap the button in the upper left corner of
the screen for Android devices. The legend shows the list of editable map layers with points, tracks

layer, basic layer with data, and the basemap. To get back to maps catalog, tap Home .

To open the basemap, tap Basemap button and select the required basemap from the
appeared list.
To view detailed legend of the map, select the basic map layer. All map layers with symbology will
be shown in the appeared window. Manage map layers visibility using the turn-on/off option
switches. Tap Back to get back to the map. To view information about basic map layer, select
Information menu item.

To change basemap, tap its name, select new basemap in the appeared window, and tap Back.

Identify
To get information about map object, tap the required place on the map. The name of the object
located in this place will be displayed in the bottom of the screen.

To view list of all objects found in specified location, tap Show all objects here. To view
information about the object, tap its name in the list.

The object's identification card contains all attributes of this object and list of related objects, if
any. To view attached files, press Attachments. To view the full-sized picture, tap it.

Search
To find object on the map, use search option. Enter your search request in the search field and all
objects answering the requested information will be shown in the results list.

Press Show on map , to view the required found object on the map.

Adding points to map


To add point to editable map layer, long-tap the map. In the appeared menu select Add <layer
name> (for example, photo).

Fill in the appeared form, note that fields marked with *are mandatory.

To add photo to your point, tap Photo item. In the appeared form:
 For iOS devices press Edit, select the photo location (either take the new photo with your
camera or select one from the gallery), than take/select the photo and press Back and then

Done .

 For Android devices select the photo location (either take the new photo with your camera

or select one from the gallery) and press Done .

If your device is set to automatically send objects to server and there is internet connection, your
added points will be automatically published on the server. Otherwise you can publish them
manually (internet connection is required). To do it manually, open the map legend, go to layer
with added points, select required points and press Publish.

Recording tracks

To record track, press Start track recording . Your track will start recording. To finish

recording your track, press Stop track recording .

connection is required). To do it manually, open the map legend, go to layer with tracks, select
