OmniPACS and RemotePACS have merged. The original medical imaging cloud innovators have
teamed up to combine their brands and operate as one organization.

Monmouth Beach, NJ, April 18, 2018 --(PR.com)-- OmniPACS and RemotePACS have merged. The
original medical imaging cloud innovators have teamed up to combine their brands and operate as one
organization.

OmniPACS was founded in 2006 and was the first true cloud born medical imaging platform. The key to
its success has been its interoperability and ease of use. One of the original founders Kevin Jordan
commented about the merger, “As a cloud born technology, OmniPACS remains dedicated to delivering
solutions that empower radiology providers to meet the demands of their partners and patients with
reliable, secure, and scalable infrastructure. This can be a real advantage for small to medium sized
radiology providers.”

RemotePACS was launched as a subsidiary brand of DICOM Solutions in 2010. The founders of
RemotePACS shared the same vision with OmniPACS to drive market adoption through digital
empowerment. RemotePACS entered the market through a licensing agreement with OmniPACS Inc.,
which allowed them to distribute the platform through the RemotePACS brand and extending the same
technology, mission, and value to its many products and services.

The merger of the two companies will consolidate operations in an effort to concentrate value and drive
innovation directly to the the community of patients, doctors, and healthcare providers.

The merger will drive better customer service and allow the combined organization to concentrate
resources which will deliver faster feature development. Over the next few months customers of both
brands will begin to experience a brand consolidation, with immediate enhancements to their End User
Agreements, more intuitive billing options, and an easy to use self service portal with enhanced reporting
and analytics.
