and length.
3 Ensure no difference in colour tone, stain, crack,
bubble and chipped off detected
4 All M & E services and plumbing pipes are completed
5 Tiles to be soaked before laying
6 Verticality and alignment are in order (deviation not
more than 3mm)
7 Wall surface are clean and ready to receive tile
8 Mortar mix (1:4 or as specified)
9 Laid in correct pattern as sample unit
10 Tiles joint are consistent and aligned ( joint width 2-4
mm or as specified)
11 Evenness of the surface (not more than 3mm/1.2
mm)
12 Squareness of the angle
13 Tiles are neatly cut at corner, edge of wall, stopcock,
socket and switches
14 Ensure no hollowness detected
15 Jointing to fill up with white cement
16 No mortar stains and paint drips
