Details of Achievements

Human Welfare Organisation is a social development organisation formed by like

minded people engaged in the social development sector. The organisation has been
established with an aim to help and supports the underprivileged and not so exposes
rural people to empower them and bring into justice, equity, freedom, and solidarity so
as to demands their rights. The organization has focus on various aspects to promote
Rural education, vocational training, Energy security and rural electri cation,
EcoTourism, Health, Human rights, environment, age care and other development work
of rural communities. Our Organization is one established name in Skill Development /
Vocational Training in the industrial belt of eastern India dominated by economically
poor, primarily tribal population. High quality teaching, personal attention on
personality development, fully valid and valuable certi cations and assured placement
at course end at lowest possible fess is hall-mark of our delivery system. Our efforts
have yielded into skill-growth and employment in organized sector for good number of
youths mainly from underprivileged category. Vision To bring up a new generation of
children, young women youthfully equipped with education potential to generate
employment with quality and construction imagination. Our organization realizes that
in all development process, women’s participation must be ensured and
community involvement and active participation is essential for sustainability of the
programmes and balanced development. Strategy The strategic planning for the
organization is being done by the governing member. However, much earlier the
organization has registered; the group has been started working with the people by
visiting to the community, rural areas interacting with the people to learn more about
problems exist and its cause and effect.
