FABSIL SMOOTH
(SILICONE SOFTENER)
A High Viscosity Organo Modified Siloxane

DESCRIPTION:

Fabsil Smooth is a speciality softening agent based on special organo modified Polymeric
Siloxane Compound, in a viscous form.
Fabsil Smooth is a highly effective softening agent, extremely efficient on blends like
Polyester/Cotton, Polyester/Viscose, Polyester/Wool Blends in addition to 100% synthetics &
cellulosics.
Fabsil Smooth is therefore efficacious in recipes meant for Wash n Wear finishes, which have
been treated with Cross Linking Agent.
Suitable for both Cellulosics & Synthetics, as well.

SALIENT FEATURES:
Works exceedingly well at a very low concentration.
Non-yellowing.
Exhaustible.
On account of its special physical characteristic it imparts superior feel than contemporary
products.
Ideal for P/V, apart from 100% Cellulosic goods.
Compatible with drum washing or soft flow machines.
Renders fabric lofty, bouncy without imparting undesirable body.
Compatible on the conventional finishing agents.

APPLICATION:

Fabsil smooth use as follows:-

DOSAGE: For Exhaust 1.0 to 1.5%
For Padding method 20 to 30g/l.

STORAGE: Minimum 6 months stability when stored in shade and cool place.
