4. Any allegation not specifically admitted is hereby denied.

WHEREFORE, Defendant respectfully requests that the court find generally in Defendant’s favor and against
the Plaintiff, that Plaintiff take nothing by way of Plaintiff’s Complaint for Forcible Entry and Detainer, and for such
other and further relief as the court deems just and proper.
