The undersigned Public Prosecutor accuses VIVI DE LA CRUZ for the crime of
Unjust Vexation, committed as follows:

That on or about 3:00pm, on 14 February 2018, in the City of Lucena and within
the jurisdiction of this Honorable Court, the above named accused, VIVI DE LA CRUZ,
being then an employee of YANYANSON INC. in charge of the maintenance of the
business, did wilfully, unlawfully and felonously cut off the electric, water pipe and
telephone lines of the business establishment causing interruption of its business
operations during peak hours.
