The Help Desk procedure of the school, at the moment is working by means of a survey
on the intranet on the Share Point platform,The Help Desk procedure of the school, at

platform As a result, the information is saturated when the records are filled, they pass
a limit, and the procedure is very manual because it does not generate tickets to
provide an optimal service, causing delays in customer service.

For this reason it is very important to create an integrated software that can handle this
process that is very important for the company and thus have truthful and effective
information and that the internal customer is served as quickly as possible and
benefiting the technology department in your processes.

The users that require the service will be able to interact with the program in a friendly,
simple way and through a graphical interface for the exposition of the cases or
inconveniences that they present.

The project presented of the creation of the software aims to provide a systematic
solution that is currently made semiautomatic, helping technology staff to speed up
customer service faster and more effectively, in addition to having some modules such
as inventories of technological equipment, loan of equipment and devices, organization
of contracts through the leasing modality and guarantees management.

Taking into account the current needs of the companies, the project is proposed with
the purpose of implementing, through help desk software, resources and tools that
optimize internal processes in terms of loans, inventories and customer support.

For the development of the project, the computers present in the company will be used.

The development of this software only covers the stages from the collection,
classification, loans, inventories, contracts and fulfillment of guarantees, for specific
needs, in the first delivery a prototype of the software will be delivered with the
aforementioned stages in order to polish the details and improve the software until a
second delivery.
