PREPARATION TO LEAD A CELL GROUP

Area Rating Comment/Assessment

1. Spiritual 4 - I always pray to the Lord to anoint me, to guide me in my life
especially when I share God’s Word to the cell.
- I am convinced that without the Holy Spirit all the words that
will come out in my mouth will be powerless
- I need to SOAK in His Presence even more
2. Intellectual 4 - I study the Word before I go to a cell
- I need to be ready for this that’s why review the Word and my
devotional
3. Emotional 4 - I always prepare myself for rejections, or how the people will
react whenever I share His Word
4. Physical 4 - I also prepare in this aspect ‘cause most of the people if not all,
focus on your outside appearance and if we are well prepared
physically people tend to listen to you more
5. Social 5 - I also prepare my testimony
- I also train myself to be friendly to everyone, even if they are,
y’know “suplado/suplada 

2. When I researched the word “diligent”, it gives me this meaning, constant in

effort to accomplish something; attentive and persistent in doing anything; so for
me, this will really help every leader in doing the vision. Leaders should go an
extra mile in doing the Vision, we must put extra effort in it. I believe I can
develop it by being serious in this vision and to consider this as a war because it is
life and death war. I need to put in my mind and heart that this is for the Lord
because the Lord loves His People.

3. For me, in the physical aspect. My 2017 didn’t go so well because I welcomed it
with an illness, and my weight went down  I really need to be healthy so I can
minister about health issues. In this year, there are a lot of sicknesses in this
world. My classmates have health issues, my co-12’s father has one, my opencells
and disciples also are experiencing this, and I want to be a channel of healing for
them for the Glory of the Lord of course. I want them to see that God is really the
perfect healer. :’)
