DURING PEAK HOURS OF TRAFFIC, GATE HOLD PROCEDURES FOR
DEPARTING AIRCRAFT ARE IMPLEMENTED WITH THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS.
WHENEVER THERE ARE ABOUT FOUR DEPARTING AIRCRAFT AT THE RUNWAY
