All Lenovo systems running Microsoft Windows XP with Service Pack 2 and
have a High Definition Audio or Modem

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

INSTALL:

1. Start -> Run

2. Open KB888111xx.exe (where xx is the language code) and Click OK.
3. Follow the instructions on the screen.
4. Reboot the system.
UNINSTALL:

Please do not uninstall this module. This module cannot be installed after
uninstallation.

UNATTENDED INSTALL:

Run 'KB888111xx.exe /quiet' (where xx is the language code)

SPECIAL INTEROPERABILITY NOTICES

This package does not include IBMTPI.XML file for ThinkPad SW Installer.

LIMITATIONS/CONSIDERATIONS
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
1. If the user does not install the Windows XP UAA High Definition
Audio class driver (Q888111) the user will not be able to install the
Lenovo High Definition Audio or Modem driver.
2. This QFE does not support Uninstall
