Please find enclosed herewith a copy of Chairman's Note cited at St No.1 above,
regarding certain decision in respect of project under DPR and ongoing /
‘implementation stages.
Im this connection, you are hereby requested to incorporate all she decisions /
‘changes communicated by the Chairman in the DPRs as well as in the Ongoing /
Implementation projects, Particularly in regard to the instruction No.2 (i) regarding 6
laning of structures in ell the 4 laning projects the action is to be immediately
initiated,
In view of the above, M/s Gammon India Limited, the Contractor for the
work is here by requested to immediately revise the design and drawings of the
proposed 4 laning structures vide Agreement cited at SI No.2 to 6 lane widths as
‘per the manual of specifications for the purpose.
