Students went into the gymnasium to attend the weekly flag

ceremony. We are task to list down all the announcements of Sir. Billy B. Santos
for our activity in Oral Communication. Despite of the consolidation of noises,
particularly Physical Noise, and Semantic Noise, we still constantly strive directly
understand what Mr. Santos is saying. This signifies our endeavor to listen
attentively despite of the disturbances and barriers.
First of the numerous announcements is students should not throw away plastic
bottles inside of the gymnasium. Next is he reminds that the Election of Club
officers will be on Thursday. 2 party list should be organized, if the number doesn’t
reach the required parties, no election will be held. Next one is those who want to
join the BSP, and GSP; the Campus Journalism training that will be held in Capas,
Tarlac, the deadline of registration will be on July 19 and it will be headed by Mrs.
Ibale; and the Red Cross membership registration for those who want to be
benefited from any unforeseen accidents. He also reminded that starting July 17,
all Grade 11 students should wear their proper uniform. Coming immediately is all
Grade 7 to Grade 10 students will have a standard assessment to examine their
skills in various general subjects, and a post-examination will be held on February.
The outcome or records of the exam will be submitted in the Guidance Office as
per PEAC’s order. This examination will track their level of intelligence in
measurable terms, knowledge and skills.
He reprimanded the students especially Grade 10 pupils because of their
disquisitive activity “Motor Racing”. At the duration of the said action, many
students were not present on their respective classes, making them vital and
exposed for a strict punishment. The students who are concerned will undergo
community service in the campus. And also to those who have a habit of not
attending their classes during afternoon, they’ll have to report to the office.
He also told everyone that they should come early in the morning, as early as 7:30.
Because he came late and still the gymnasium is half-full, only he saw the Grade 7,
Grade 8 and other students present. He also added that when someone heard or saw
people who are having a flag ceremony, they should stop what they’re doing and
participate.
After half an hour, Sir. Santos chided the students who are using the computer
room, he said that they should be discipline and quite because their neighborhood
classroom is having their class. He also scolded the pupils who are buying their
snacks at the gate especially the students of Grade 10 – Leo.
Coming up, he scolded everyone that they should segregate their trash properly.
The SSG officers and advisers said that they’re still numerous litters and debris
scattered all over the campus.
Again, this is just one of the many more flag ceremonies that will occur within the
school year.
