During the seminar she explained the different kinds of leadership, which are servant, authentic,
resident and resonant.

Those who are deeply aware of how they think and behave. They are perceived by others as being
aware of themselves and others and of the context in which they operate authentic leaders are
confident, hopeful, optimistic, resilient and of high moral character.

You should be authentic

Real life experience

Do your life, make your mistakes, but reflect on them in order to receive feedback

Be honest and be real

I make mistakes, so what, that’s what you do, but you should learn from your mistakes.
Move forward.
One who is not greedy is secure. He has time to think deeply. His understanding of himself is
complete.

Destructive comments that you make to yourself all day.

Play back all those comments.

Self embracement is a very big part.

Instead of criticizing, you should be supporting yourself.
You don’t have the discipline to every achieve that.
It is not pursuit

Negative destructive task.

Exercise: ahimsa
Limiting beliefs

Muppet show.

2 grumpy old dolls.

Bring to mind a though

I cant keep my discipline

Visualize it!

I will never make it.

I lack every of discipline

Causes: What is your inner asshole telling to yourself?

Trusted friend: Julie

Because: supportive thoughts

Resonant leadership:

Resonance: the sound which is produced by an object when it vibrates at the same rate at the sound
waves from another object.

Who want to be reminded as having the most moeey,?

Have frequent heache

The renewal cycle

Core values for the rest of your life!

 short reflection on why you chose each topic

I have chosen this topic because I am quite interested in spiritual things. I experience leaders
sometimes as quite busy, chaotic, etcetera … This thing I also feel by myself. However, these things
reduce your working capacities. That’s why I am interested in this topic.

 what you learnt from the topic as presented here

The yoga exercises that we practiced during the seminar where a on how we should act when we are
stressed.

 apply your critical reading/listening skills

(see workshop and digital materials Time management/reflection/research)

 which questions did you ask? What was the answer?

I was quite curious about how I could be mindful as a leader. During the session itself there were
practical examples illustrated about what you can do when you lost control. Firstly it seemed a bit
ridiculous to do this exercises, but at the end I can imagine that it really works. I will definitely use
this practises in the future.

You share an experience!

Different experience with sharing economy

Sharing is not something from now

You don’t want to make a commitment

That’s why we are not thinking about hiring

Millennials don’t want to settle

Millennials as consumers:

Love to shop, but shopping is not buying

Millennials don’t buy directly something

Millennials as consumers:
It is not because you like something, that you will buy it!
You make it very tough for businesses!
You liked me, so why don’t you buy it?

What do I have to do so you make that next step, and make the purpose?

Millennials have no problem switching!
