This parameter indicates a hexadecimal number representing a 16-bit map.

The bitmap is read as follows:

blstate Blocking state
This parameter indicates the blocking state of an MO.

The blocking state of an MO is printed as one of the values listed in a priority order
below.

If more than one blocking is active, then only the highest priority is printed.

Blocked due to testing
MBL
Manually blocked

Automatically blocked

Blocked due to activity needed
bts BTS state

This parameter indicates the last known state of the MO in the BTS.

DIS
The MO is in state DISABLED.
ENA
The MO is in state ENABLED.
RES
The MO is in state RESET.
STA
The MO is in state STARTED.
conf BTS configuration state

This parameter indicates the BTS logical unit configuration state.

CONF
The logical unit is configured.
CONFUN
The logical unit is assumed to be configured but with unknown configuration
data.
ENA
The logical unit is enabled.
ENAUN
The logical unit is assumed to be enabled but with unknown configuration
data.
UNCONF
The logical unit is not configured.
lmo Blocking origin of a logical MO

This parameter indicates the blocking origin of a logical MO.

This parameter is only printed for MOs of class Time Slot (TS), Timing Function
(TF), Receiver (RX), Transmitter (TX), and Multi Carrier Transceiver (MCTR).

This parameter value is printed as a hexadecimal number representing a 16-bit


map.

This parameter indicates the global state of an MO.

MO is defined and taken out of Pre-Post Service (PPS).
DEF
MO is defined.
FAIL
MO is blocked permanently from own supervision.
NOOP
MO is temporarily not operational.
OPER
MO is operational.
PREOP
MO is being brought into operation.
EOT DURING PRINTOUT
The operator has cancelled the printout.
NONE
No data existed to be printed.
FAULT INTERRUPT
fault type
A fault interruption occurred during printing.

Fault type:

FORMAT ERROR
The command was incorrectly specified.
UNREASONABLE VALUE
details
The parameter was specified with an unreasonable value.
FAULT CODE 2
CANNOT MIX DIFFERENT BTS LOGICAL MODELS
details
The parameter MO specifies managed objects from more than one BTS logical
model.

2 Function
This printout is received as an answer printout to command RXMSP. It lists status
information for one or more MOs or for all MOs of an MO type.

This printout requires no action.
