TECHNICAL DATASHEET MU-830 PATCHCRETE

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
MU-830 PatchCrete is instant cement to fixing surface of concrete, crack on plaster, and on
connection of concrete and brick wall. Contain cement, selective sand, filler, and additive that
mixed perfectly.

Water consumption : 10.0 – 10.5 liter/ bag (40 Kg)

Pot Life @ 35 ° C : ± 60 minutes

HANDLING AND STORAGE
Store in closed area and always keep in dry condition. Avoid excessive stacking, up to 8 stacks
per pallet (pallet stacks up to 2 layers).

SHELF LIFE
12 months in indoors area & dry conditions.

AREAS OF APPLICATION
• Surface of broken or uneven concrete. Such as column, beam, wall concrete, core or
shear wall.
• The connection of light brick and concrete column.

PRODUCT ADVANTAGES
• High adhesive strength and plastics when applied.

• Low shrinkage.

METHOD OF APPLICATION
1. Preparation of the application area/substrate
• All surfaces should be clean from dust, oil, or any dirt to ensure perfect
adhesiveness.
• If the concrete surface dry, dab with water evenly.

2. Process of mixing and stirring.


• Pour around 10.0 to 10.5 liters of clean water into a mixing bucket for each of MU-830
PatchCrete 40 Kg bag.
• Then follow by pouring the dry mortar of MU-830 PatchCrete into a mixing bucket
• Stir the mixture until a homogeneous blend achieved.
3. Application process
• Apply mixed MU-830 to the concrete surface by spreading with the wanted
thickness using toothy trowel.
• Application should use enough pressure to get good bonding.
• At half drying, spread and rub the surface using suitable trowel.
