Scope WPS /PQR Production and Repair as per API 1104 , 2013 edition
Charges 63,700 AED For Maximum 4 WPS /PQR
1) Pipe size < 12 " for Production and Repair
2) Pipe Size > 14" for production and repair
Other Details Start date Immediately after Issue of PO and Payment
Proposed pipes will be taken among below

Pipe size < 12" CATEGORY :

API 5L 6" Sch 40 X52 or 10" sch 60 x60 or 10" sch 30 x52

Pipe size > 12" CATEGORY :

And 16’’, Sch. 40 API 5L PSL2 Gr.X52 or 18" Sch Std X52

1)Butt weld, SMAW 6g or 5G will be the process with electrode 7018 0R 6010
will be used with NO PWHT
Tests included For production welding : Visual, Nick Break, Tensile and bend
test will be done as per API 1104
Tests included For Repair welding ( Full thickness repair only) for Visual, Nick
Break, Tensile and bend test along with Micro to be done .
