control and supervision of the Public Prosecutor unto this Honorable Court,

Private Complainant, National Food Authority (NFA) as
Private Prosecutor in collaboration with Atty. Irwin L. Pena
acting under the direct control and supervision of the Public
Prosecutor in handling above-entitled cases;
