OFFER OF EMPLOYMENT
We are pleased to offer you an employment under the following terms and conditions, we are
not a terribly formal company, but law is law so here is the understanding we have in writing:
1. DESIGNATION
Event Sales Ninja
2. COMMENCEMENT DATE
1st June 2018
3. OFFICE
Your work location will be based on the events sites booked for the month, we will give
you prior notice and we will make sure the location is not crazy distance from where you
live.
4. COMMENCING SALARY
We will guarantee your salary at RM1,400 based on 16 event days per month (pro-rated if
you attend less) so you will earn the higher of commissions earned in the month or the salary.
Given our generous commissions earning more than RM1,400 is easy.
We do not pay overtime as your salary depends on commissions for sales you made. The
more you sell the more you get. Our Employee’s Handbook and website give you our
cultural values and more info on this, they will be available before you start.
5. PROBATIONARY PERIOD
You shall be serving a probationary period of SIX (6) months. This period may be shorten
at the Company’s sole discretion.
All it means is during this time employment may be terminated by either party giving the
other party one (1) week notice or pay-in-lieu. No reason may be assigned for such
termination and no claim by either party shall arise out of such termination i.e. if you can’t
get the job done or we don’t fit your expectations then leave without guilt
6. EMPLOYMENT CONFIRMATION
Upon confirmation there are new commissions and allowances you may be entitled to
depending on your position let’s face it if you last 6 months and you still love the job then
we will love and want to keep you as well.

7. JOB ROLE
We do not have job descriptions, we do not believe in limiting your ability to be awesome.
Instead we will provide monthly targets, outputs and tasks required to be completed in the
next month. Where applicable we will agree on scope of tasks/projects but then you have
complete authority to make any and every decision required to achieve this. Be prepared to
do anything and everything required but its in our own best interest to keep your role within
the boundaries of what you are good at, we just want to you grow and be even better
8. RESPONSIBILITIES
We do expect you always to act in the best interests of the company and believe and promote
our cultural values as promoted in our web site and the employee handbook don’t breach
the cultural values as we consider that gross misconduct, besides we all want the company
culture to be awesome.
9. LEAVE ENTITLEMENT
We do not record leaves. Please take your day off if you need to, however to enable us to
plan the workforce for the sales teams, please inform your supervisor a few weeks in
advance so we can plan ahead, act in all of our best interest and be awesome!

13. MEDICAL CLAIM
ONLY confirmed staffs are eligible for medical expense the level depending on your
position refer the employee handbook. We will also be setting up medical insurance for you
and your direct family details will be in the employee handbook.
In addition to statutory and other entitlements of termination, the Company may, however
terminate the employment at any time without notice if you break our cultural values we
can and will forgive most mistakes but never abusing our values
You will have no claim for damages or any other remedy against the Company if your
employment is terminated due to Misconduct through abuse of the cultural values.

ACCEPTANCE
I, Arun Sangar Ravi (I/C Number: 920212-10-6459) hereby acknowledge that I have reviewed
and agreed to the terms and conditions as stipulated in this letter of offer and in the Employee’s
Handbook. I also agree that my salary and all the other payment due to me will be paid into my
bank account before 7th of following months.
