I am writing this letter to inform you that my first cousin, Amethyst C. Mayer,
has invited me to attend her wedding later this year in Orange, New South
Wales, Australia. With this, I am requesting to have my one-month personal
leave this year to enable my attendance and also have the opportunity to
visit my Auntie and Uncle.

Effectivity of my personal leave will start this coming August 1, 2018 to

August 31, 2018. Attached is a copy of the invitation letter of my cousin’s
nuptial.
