Dear Sir,
Residential Accommodation for Bank’s Officer

Further to the discussion held with your representative Radheshyam, Padhan, I am agreeable to let out
the 2nd floor accommodation of my building to residential purpose on the following terms &
conditions:-

1. Floor Area: Approximately 862 sq. ft. on the 2nd floor of my building situated at Pancha Villa,
254/1 S. K. Dev Road, Panchanantala, Sreebhumi, Kilkata-700048.
2. Rent: Rs.15,500/- p.m. for the 2nd floor.
3. Period: From 01.08.2016 to 31.07.2019
4. Details of construction: Premises consisting of two bed rooms, two bath rooms, one kitchen,
one balcony, one drawing cum dining room.
5. Taxes: All present and future taxes including the occupier’s share of Corporation taxes in
respect of the premises will be borne by me/us.
6. Annual Repairs: I undertake to keep the premises that may be let out to you in good repairs
and arrange annual white washing/painting of doors, windows etc. annually at my cost. In case
of failure, the bank shall be at liberty to arrange the same, subject to due notice/and incur an
expenses amounting to 1 month’s rent, the amount to be adjusted out of the rent payable.
7. Sanitary & Water Arrangements: I undertake to make available a source for water supply and
proper sanitary arrangement.
8. Electricity/Lighting and Wiring: I undertake to provide electricity connections in the premises
with suitable light and fan points at my cost before the premises are occupied by the bank. The
charge for the consumption of electricity will be met by the Bank on the basis of separate meter
to be provided. The bank will make arrangements for fans etc.
