License Agreement for Numberology

NOTE: This agreement sets forth license terms and conditions for this software.
Clicking on ACCEPT means that you accept and will abide by the terms of this
agreement.

This software is owned by Allen Edwall and is in no way transferred to the customer.
The customer is granted a non-exclusive license to use the licensed software for non-
commercial purposes on a single user computer workstation.

This software is not copy protected but is covered by United States Copyright Law
unless otherwise stated. You may not sell, publish, rent, assign, or lease this
software package, in whole or in part, in any form. You may, however, give away or
otherwise distribute this software package, but only in its entirety, as long as you do
not give away or distribute the software with any passwords that have been provided
to you by Allen Edwall. You are allowed to make backup copies of this software for
your own archival purposes.

This software and this license agreement are non-transferable.

The text interpretations that are supplied with this program may not be used in any
other program or application. The customer can modify and use the supplied text for
his own non-commercial purposes, but the customer is NOT allowed to copy,
distribute, or otherwise use the text interpretation for any other purpose other than
within the confines of this licensed software.

This software is distributed strictly on an as-is basis, although there are no known
bugs in the software. The author specifically disclaims all warranties, expressed or
implied, with respect to software and documentation defects, or suitability of the
software for any particular purpose. In no event shall Allen Edwall be liable to the
customer for any special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages in any way
arising from, or relating to the licensed software.
