Hello, my name is ____________ and I am with _____________ currently conducting a Community


Satisfaction Survey on behalf of the Niagara Regional Police Service. As you may already be aware from
recent radio and newspaper advertisements the Service is conducting a Community Satisfaction Survey
among the residents of the Region. Your telephone number was selected at random and we assure you
that your input will remain anonymous and confidential. Please be assured that your opinions are
important and no personal identifiable information will be used in the final report. Would you be kind
enough to respond to our survey so that we can determine how best we can improve upon our service
delivery to the community? If you have any concerns about this survey please contact Paul Divers,
Ph.D., Corporate Analyst of the Niagara Regional Police Service at (905) 329-9991 Monday to
