2018 at 14h35 and 14h45 respectively, as well as the subsequent telephone

3. We confirm that the allegations as leveled against our client are clearly defamatory,
vexations and spurious and our client intends challenging the allegations in the
appropriate fora.

4. Attempts have been made by the complainant and its attorney to create a situation of
wrongdoing, which is denied and is unacceptable.
