DIET PLAN FOR MR, NIKHIL:

1 glass lukewarm water +


Lukewarm Water with
EARLY MORNING OR 1 tbsp honey + 1 tsp OR ½ glass methi water
Lemon 1 glass
lemon juice
Any one out of :-
1 brown bread
1 bowl fresh cut fruits of Steamed idli, poha, mix
sandwich with
2 Hard boiled Egg white + 2 your choice + 2 steamed daal chila, ragi dosa,
vegetable filling
BREAKFAST Slice Brown Bread veg. OR idlis with 1 bowl sambar + OR OR millet dosa, mix veg
+ 1 glass double
Sandwich 1 glass double toned milk cutlets on tawa, brown
toned milk with
with no added sugar bread sandwich with
no added sugar
paneer filling, dalia
MID MORNING Sprouts, fruits, nuts, grated paneer, roasted papad
1 bowl cucumber and
tomato salad with lemon
juice and salt + 1 whole 1 bowl cucumber and tomato salad without dressing + 1 bowl dal of your choice +
LUNCH OR
wheat roti + 1 bowl brown 1.5 whole wheat rotis+ curd
rice + 1 cup vegetable curry
of your choice
EVENING Tea/Coffee/Soup + ½ cup fresh cut fruits of your choice
SNACKS
DINNER 1 cup green salad + 1 whole wheat roti OR 1 cup brown rice + 1 dal/green vegatable of your choice
