HSE Cheklist description
Presentation of Hard copy or soft copy of the Certification to work at heights
To check in each Certification:
-If the name of CDW(mentioned on the National ID card) correspond to those mentioned on the
certification
-If the company that issued the Certification is accredited (by the National/International Organism of
accreditation)
-If the validity of the Certification has not expired

CDW and the others team member should list:

• Do not drive if you are tired (the driver must take breaks every 2 hours when traveling)
• Always wear a seat belt while in a vehicle.
• Do not work at height without harness.
• Do not drop objects when working at height and secure the work perimeter.
• Have the skills required for electrical work and avoid working live (when the site is powered ON)
• Avoid over speeding

Check and confirm that:

* Technical knowledge (acquired by academic studies or by a combination of academic and practical study)
* Knowledge and understanding of the system on which the work will be done, and practical experience
working in this system
* Assessment of the risks that may arise during the work and the precautions to be taken
* Knowledge of local security regulations
* Ability to recognize at any time that work can be done safely

*To present following documents: "Electrical_Safety_Standard_Version_1.0_Dec_2016_, Nokia PPE &

* The badges must be legible (name of the resource, name of the company, signature of the manager of
the company)
* Safety helmet must be in good condition
* Glasses must protect eyes from sparks, high intensity lights, dust, wind
* Expiry date on the harness label should not be expired
* Evaluation of the physical conformity of the harness and its lanyards
* Checking the harness label (expiration date, first use date, ...)
* Gloves should be in good quality, with insulating properties the hands from the equipment

* View of protective footwear isolating the ground technician. Insulating property of passive and active
equipments that can conduct current (good quality, large area and volume of insulation)

* Safety combinaison must be in good condition

* At least one backup number from another mobile company is essential to ensure redundancy voice call,
data communications via mobile and data networks and also for security where certain areas are not
covered by the same operator
*At least confirm presence of grounding (site, tower)
*Presence of ladder in good state is mandatory
*OCM will have to be informed if roof is found damaged at arrival of team on site, also in case of lack of
corridor leading to rooftop site and forcing resource to walk on roof
