Students under or applying for financial aid who are not able to settle their debts by the
payment due date must fill in Item (1) and attach Item (2) and (3) as follow:-
The documents must be submitted to the Finance Cashier Counter a few days before the
payment due date for financial assessment and advice. Failure to do so will be liable to the
late payment penalty.
b. Continuing students
Previous semester results must be GPA 3.0 and above.
Continuing students whose GPA is below 3.0 must write a showcause letter to
the sponsor and submit it through Mr. Abang Zulkarnain, Financial Aid Executive
at Student Information Centre.
NOTE: Students are advised to refer to the terms and conditions of the agreement with the
sponsors. Students’ academic performance may be a reason where the tuition fee may not
be paid by the sponsor.
b. Continuing students
Previous semester results with GPA 2.0 and above
Students may be advised to make down payment of 30% tuition fee and
RM100.00 administration fee by the said due date.
Any intention to change the advised instalment payment scheme must be
communicated to Manager, Finance and Business Analysis in writing.
Previous semester results below GPA 2.0
Student under Yayasan Sarawak and MARA must write a showcause letter to
the sponsor and submit it through Mr. Abang Zulkarnain, Financial Aid Executive
at Student Information Centre. The disbursement of the loan will be subject to
the consideration of the sponsor.
Student under PTPTN is liable to settle the fee on your own, as loan will not be
disbursed to you for the semester.
Students must make down payment of 30% tuition fee and RM100.00
administration fee by the said due date and follow as mentioned in “Instalment
Payment Scheme”.
a. Domestic students
Students must make down payment of 30% tuition fee or 50% tuition fee, and
RM100.00 administration fee by the said due date, following the assessment by
Finance.
Due dates for instalment payments will be indicated in the Instalment Payment
Plan.
Students must follow the payment schedule and structure as approved.
b. International students
Students must write in to apply. The letter must be attached with the Tuition Fee
Instalment Payment form.
Students must make a minimum down payment of 50% tuition fee, and
RM100.00 administration fee by the said due date.
