(I) Scope of Work :

A-Detailed Topographical Survey

1. Carrying out GPS Survey & Transfer of GTS level at every 5 in as per the details given in scope of
work including installing of GPS reference and BM pillars at every 5 km (Each in Two Set).
2. Conducting traverse & leveling, Topographical LS, C survey by electronic Total Station or auto
level as per the specification.
3. Installation of TBM pillar at every 250m.
4. Marking of proposed centre line at 10m interval (one time).
5. Taking OGL @ 10m interval on proposed centre line up to Row.
6. TBM transfer by auto level to each TBM pillar.

B- Detailed Design Works

7. Road design on MX Road/In roads/Civil 3D (Horizontal & Vertical Design, Earthwork, Quantity
Calculation, Typical Cross Section i/c Junction Design, Bus Bay & Bus Shelter/Truck Laybye
design in ready to print Soft Copies & Hard Copies A3/A2 size). Cross section @10.0m by auto
plotter in ready to print soft copies & Hard Copies A4 size.
8. Excluding Reconstruction/New/Widening of Slab/Box Culverts/Minor Bridges only for open
Foundation Structure ROB/Flyover/VUP/Grade Separator.
9. Reconstruction/Widening/New Proposed pipe Culvert at Various Chainages with all details.
10. Hume pipe culvert.
11. Slab/Box Culvert up to 6.0m.
12. Minor Bridges 6.0m. to 10.0 m.
13. Minor Bridges 10.0m. to 30.0m.
14. Bore Log as per actual.
15. GST as per actual.

II. METHODOLOGY :

C-Topographical Survey

16. Transfer and fixing of GTS level at every 5 km. interval by using DGPS.
17. Detailed topographical survey by Electronic Survey Instrument Total Station.
18. Finalizations of Centre Line.
19. Installation of TBM @ 250m interval.
20. OGLY Survey @10m interval on proposed centre line up to Row.
21. Collection of Road Inventories.

D-Detailed Design Works

22. Road design on MX Road/In roads/Civil 3 D/(Horizontal & Vertical Design, Earthwork Quantity
Calculation, Typical Cross Section i/c Junction Design, Bus Bay & Bus shelter/ Truck Laybye
design in ready to print Soft Copies & Hard Copies A3/A2 size).
23. Detailed studies and preparation of Designing, Drawing and Estimate for
Reconstruction/New/Widening of Slab/Box Culverts/Minor Bridges only for open foundation
Structure Excluding ROB/Flyover/VUP/Grade Separator, Reconstruction/Widening/New
Proposed pipe culvert at various chain gages with all details, Hume Pipe Culvert, Slab/Box
culvert up to 6.0m, Minor Bridges 6.0 m. to 10.0m. Minor Bridges 10.0m. to 30.0 m. Submision
of Drawings.
24. III. DELIVERS – Hard Copy and Soft Copy of approved data/drawing in 2 set.

IV. WORKS NOT INCLUDE IN SCOPE OF WORK

25. Document collection from local bodies and preparation of Land Acquisition Case.
26. Site visit of officers and Engineer- in – charge.
27. Departmental Expenditure.

V. RATES

28. For serial no. 01 to 07 our rates will be 45500.00 (Rs. Forty Five Thousand Five Hundrad only) per
KM.

29.For serial no. 08 to 14 rates will be charged as Bridge enginner cotesion.

15 rates will be charged as per actual

30. Payment Brake up

a. 10% as Mobilization Advance

b.50% on Site during Site Work

c. 20% on submission of Fist draft report

d. 20% on submission of Final Report

VI GENERAL CONDITIONS
31. Any modification or change in TOR will be charges extra.
