INTA342 Commercial Design 2

This project is a historical building that was
commissioned to be redesigned and renovated to
accommodate multiple purposes, including; office
spaces, conference room, event space, bar, retail
space, and kitchen. The building has 2 floors, and
the exterior environment was taken into
consideration as well to ensure there was ADA
accessibility. This project entailed developing two
different aesthetic designs for the interior spaces
as well.
The focus points for this project include the
following: Second Floor Plan
• Space planning
• Block diagrams
• FF&E
• Reflected ceiling plan
• 3D computer renderings

Interior Design Portfolio The retail space is a separate space that is still
attached to the main structure. The first design
option for this space is very high-end modern,
with luxurious materials. The second design
Design Option #1 option is more casual, with more wood tones and Design Option #2
subtler materials.
