Asia Baru Construction Sdn. Bhd. was incorporated in 1985. Its principal activities are in civil and building
construction with particular specialisation in Water Works and Sewerage project ranging from sewerage
treatment plant, river intakes, water treatment plants, storage tanks, reservoirs, pipe laying and major diversion
and live connection to existing mains which requires special approval from the Water Works Authorities.

Over the years, Asia Baru Construction Sdn. Bhd. has emerged from a small civil works contractor into a highly
specialised Class ‘A’ contractor capable of offering fast track turnkey solutions to all types of water related
projects; be it treatment plant, pipeline, reservoir or intake and pumping station including all mechanical and
electrical installations.

Project Background
The Project titled “Construction and Completion of Earthworks on Part of
Precinct 12: Roadworks, Infrastructure and Landscape Works at Spine
Road, Precinct 12, Putrajaya” consist of the following scope of works :-

* Site Clearing & Earthworks including removal of unsuitable material

* Construction of Reinforced Earth Wall & Reinforced Concrete Wall
* Construction of Vehicular Box Culvert
* Construction of Roadworks & Road furniture
* Construction of Surface Drainage Works, Water Reticulation and
Sewerage Reticulation Works
* Construction of Sewerage Pump Station PS 19 & PS20
* Construction of Landscaping Works
