AFFI DAVIT

I, REY CHARLES, of legal age, and resident of 20 Aguila St., Rizal

Makati, after having duly sworn to in accordance with law, hereby depose
and say that:

1. I am an Store Manager of RX Motor’s Phil. INC, (hereafter

referred to as “RX Motor”) a Store engaged in the selling motor vehicle and
with principal office at Paseo de Roxas, Makati City.

2. As Store Manager, I handle the business operation of the store.

3. In the course of the performance of my duties, functions and

responsibilities as Store Manager of the corporation, I came to know that
Trafalgar Law ask the price of the motor vehicle. I entertain him and answer
all of his question and decided to buy the said motor vehicle by Promissory
Note. To secure the payment of the Promissory Note Mr. Law also
executed a Chattel Mortgage.

A copy of the Promissory Note with Chattel Mortgage is marked as Exhibit

“A”

4. I came to know the Plaintiff when he bought the rights of the

Promissory Note with Chattel Mortgage from our store by paying the full
obligation by Deed of Assignment.

A copy of the Deed of Assignment is marked as Exhibit “B”

5. That on the signing of the Deed of Assignment Defendant, Mr.

Law and Plaintiff Mr. Luffy was present and all parties understood the
contract agreement.
 IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand this May day
