No. 04/SE/Db/2017, equipped with design parameters criteria.
b. Type of pavement: Rigid Pavement
c. Traffic data – Average Daily Traffic in 2018 per axle group:
i. Group 1: 280,795 vehicles
ii. Group 2: 17,017 vehicles
iii. Group 3: 4,446 vehicles
iv. Group 4: 1,706 vehicles
v. Group 5: 126 vehicles
d. Growth factor (i): 4.75% per year
e. Distribution factor:
- Direction: 0.5
- Lane: 0.8
f. Traffic Design period: 40 years
g. Total number of Axle Load – CESA5: 8.77E+08
h. Result of pavement design – layer thickness:
- Concrete: 31 cm
- Lean mix concrete: 10 cm
- Aggregate grade A: 15 cm
- Joint: with dowel and tie bar
- CBR of subgrade: > 6%

2. Things that need to be equipped/clarified/verified:

a. Detailed calculation of Traffic number and traffic load distribution,
b. Detailed calculations of pavement structure (thickness of pavement layers) that are
supplemented by information or reason for selecting parameters used in the analysis or
required in criteria, such are: type of rigid pavement, material properties (concrete strength,
rebar strength, etc),
c. Detailed of joint: Interval of joint, Bar size and Bar Spacing for dowel and tie bar,
d. Design illustration which cover Plan, joint detail of both transversal and longitudinal joint.
