• One to one basis is applicable i.e. One HSDPA line allow only one Postpaid line Bundle.

• For SME Individual & Corporate Individual, Postpaid line and HSDPA line must be registered in the same
account (2 SI in one Account).

• For Corporate & SME/Company, Postpaid line and HSDPA line will be separately register due to the account
structure in KENAN.

• 1.5GB HSDPA package is not applicable for postpaid bundle as no additional rebate (RM18) is applicable.

• Customer is allow to upgrade and downgrade (except for downgrade to 1.5GB) their HSDPA plan during the 12
mths contract period.

• The rebate (RM18) on Postpaid bundle (except for 1.5GB) will not be applicable upon termination of HSDPA line or
Postpaid line or both the lines.

• For Customer who convert their market code for Postpaid line / HSDPA line during contract period, e.g. from
Corporate to Corporate Ind / Consumer etc. are not entitled for the remaining balance of the monthly rebate once
converted.
